The minimum academic qualification for admission through JEE-2016 is that the candidate must have passed in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII), or its equivalent, referred to as the qualifying examination with 60% marks (PCM & English) for general category candidates and JEE score 30

You should register for CSAB and then you should fill your college priorities according to your preferences and be sure to include all the colleges in it. You will get into one college on that list, if your rank is good enough. Your rank will be very far, around 200000. You should consider getting into a private college, as you have asked me which college will be good for you. Or you should consider other universities such as GGSIPU or UPTU if you have given their entrance exams.
