U can study Ba(honours) psychology at TISS Or SAM HIGGINBOTOM INSTITUTE Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and also prepare for Cat(common Admission test) to get MBA after graduation and when your graduation Complete then if u pass the cat exam then chose HRM here psychological study will really help you.

Well, the top companies like L&T, deloitte, kpmg etc are choosy about the people they hire and keep stringent filters in there of marks and performance, you may not get shortlisted them. The other companies should not cause issues with the marks as long as you satisfy their selection criteria. ACM has a good chance of placement as it is the flagship programme. Good luck.

I am sorry to disappoint you my friend but with the above mentioned score you may not get any decent government college but you can definitely get some other good private colleges like VIT, BITS, SRM etc for which you may apply. Also the placement in these colleges is quite good as almost all major recruiting companies of different branches visit these colleges.
