Hey Rohit,
If you go with BBA after 12 then most probably you can clear your commerce basics in the curriculum itself. However BBA is more focused on marketing than finance or commerce. So it will not be a tough call for you. Also you can check out the syllabus of the course on the university website in which you are going to take admission. Also keep in mind to check out the placements and overall ranking of the university .

it's quite difficult if u talk about government colleges but u may proceed with private one coz present scenario has been changed now private college do offer amazing packages
choose private colleges accordingly
