Hey Hemant,
For this ques to be answered you need to specify your stream in class 12. However there are lots of options available after 12. From science you can go for engineering, computer applications etc. From commerce you can go for management, B.Com etc. Also you have options like fashion design, interior design, mass communication and journalism. Whichever course you choose it is suggested to select a good university to have a fruitful degree. Some suggestions -

You should choose that branch of engineering which you have interest in. Although, CSE/IT is the highest paid right now, you have to maintain a good GPA in college to get a good package. So to get a good GPA you should have interest in that field. Mechanical and Civil have good govt and pvt job opportunities. ECE from a good college also fetches a good package.

Hi. Dropping a year requires a lot of conviction, guts and focussed mind to succeed at the end. Drop only if you have no other good option available. And if you decide to drop, make sure you land in a very good college so that you can explain this decision to companies or admission officers in future if you plan to do masters.

A percentage of 75 in PCM and 75 above aggregate will make you eligible for most of the entrance exams and colleges. So try to get that. Although, The higher the better. Try to score maximum you can.

No, it will not affect your boards. Just stay focussed this time and do good in your board exams. You will not have a problem due to your 11th result.
