The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology).
Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2.
However, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Website: www.aiims.ac.in or www.aiims.edu, offers B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in the top medical college in India you would need to score above 90% in 12th and do very well in entrance exam.
With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can of course do engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation, Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyze your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.

Hi,Best thing for you would be to pursue Bachelor in design. Pursuing this course will sharpen your design skills. The top colleges to pursue B.DES are:UPES Dehradun,
National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad,
Industrial Design Center (IDC) - IIT Bombay,
Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing (CPDM),
IISc etc.
There are enormous opportunities for the B.Des graduates to secure a job in private sector or government organizations. Many private organizations such as jewelry studios, boutiques, hotels, fashion media, marketing sector, manufacturing units, and quality control offices, etc. offer good packages to the B.Des candidates. But make sure you pursue your degree from a reputed university only and do check the curriculum as well as it matters a lot what you would be learning under that degree.
The colleges that I've mentioned are good but I would emphasis more on UPES as it has great curriculum which gives emphasis on the fundamentals of the wide variety of domains, viz. industrial design, transportation design, communication design and interior design. The course will teach you to address contemporary issues in an independent and creative way, in order to participate in a most stimulating and gratifying career. Rest choice is yours.
