The eligibility criteria for JBT after 12 is minimum 50% marks in 12th
* If the candidate is applying on the basis of Bachelor degree then the minimum percentage should be 45%.

Art students can definitely join defense services but they are eligible to join only the Indian Army. To join the Air force and the naval academy, physics and maths are compulsory subjects in class 12th.

After 12th you have lot of career options like B.Des, B.tech, BBA, Law etc. If you're creative then B.Des can be quite good field for For B.Des you can go for National institute of Design, M.S Ramaiyah, AD- The design school and not to forget UPES which is one of the best among the placement when it comes to Design.
And if you want to pursue your career in technical field then B.tech is good. .For B.Tech I would suggest you to look for areas that are unexplored other than the traditional engineering specializations. Core fields like Petroleum, Power, Energy etc has great scope and can help you in getting in to govt sector t
