Hi buddy, as you have mentioned that you want to earn good salary I would emphasis here that hotel and tourism sector has huge potential considering the fact that the Prime Minister himself is stressing on tourism in and out of the country. Therefore, I would definitely advise you to gain maximum skills regarding this industry and make their fortune! having said that I would again stress on skills here as tourism is a very delicate sector if you catch the nerve of this industry you can easily become a king! Anish, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or

Yes, you can do. For a BMS, students with HSC/ 10+2 from any faculty can appear. I suggest you to opt SP Jain's Global BBA programme or BSW from TISS and then PG (MA) in HR from TISS or BBA from Symbiosis or NMIMS
HR is all about handling entire employee lifecycle in an organisation starting from their on boarding till their exiting.
If you are looking for growth in career in HR apart from the skills like interpersonal skills, HR, orientation to details, capabilities to understand the business and people, you need an MBA from a good institutes like TISS, SYmbiosis, NMIMS, XLRI etc. After your BBA or BMS, you may opt tier 1 B schools.

Hi Bhakti, any course is better after 12th. It depends on your interest and passion in which field you want to make your career. According to me you should choose BAF, BBA or BBM for your graduation. Anything out of three are good for the foundation in commerce at the graduation level. Second question arises after graduation of MBA, CS or CFA. It is still very early for you to take any decision as the trend keeps on getting change from time to time. You should think about these only after your 2nd year of graduation. Kindly ensure that you get above 65-70 % in your 12th STD so that you have a chance to apply in a good college. Also, ch
