I'm sorry but I didn't understand your question. I'm intrepating that you are saying you scored 67.7 in 12th and you are asking for eligibility in JEE Mains exam, so the eligibility criteria for JEE is 75% percent for general category and 65 % for ST/SC. If you belongs to the reserved category then you are eligible.

The rank 40000 in TS EAMCET is not a good rank so the chances of getting a seat at Government College for B.Sc Nursing are not so good .
The competition level of TS EAMCET is very high but still sometimes it depends on the seat availability, specific college cutoff and the category you belong.
