Students have to collect their CBSE 12th original certificate from their schools. They will be notified by the schools after the release of the results. Usually students receive the CBSE plus two mark list within 2 weeks after the announcement of results.

If you are not satisfied with the marks, you can apply for revaluation or rechecking of the paper. The marks awarded after the rechecking/revaluation shall be considered as the final marks. Then a new marksheet will be issued to you thereafter.

The students should secure at least 33 per cent aggregate in order to pass the CBSE 12th exam. Those who fail to score 33% have to appear for the plus two supplementary exam. The CBSE plus two supplementary exam 2026 will be held in July 2026. CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026 will be released in August 2026. With proper preparation and hard work, students can easily clear the CBSE 12th exam.

After the declaration of the result, students should decide their next step in terms of career. If their result is not satisfactory, they have to decide whether they would like to apply for re-evaluation or appear for the supplementary exams. For other students, it is time to apply to colleges or submit the mark sheet to the colleges they have already applied for. They should decide the subject they want to pursue. They should prepare for various entrance tests they have applied for and the interview rounds.

Students are keen to know their CBSE Class 12 result before it is released officially. This eagerness is specifically seen in students who have done well in CBSE 12th exams. So, if you're the one searching for the result, congratulations, know that you have really performed well. However, please note that it isn't possible to know your marks before the result is announced officially by the board.

CBSE is expected to release the CBSE 12th result in May. Students can check their result using the roll number as mentioned in the admit card.
