To get admission in Regional institute of education, candidate must pass the exam with atleast 50% marks.
The admission process involves the entrance test that is CEE ( Common Entrance Examination) which is conducted by NCERT and then counselling.
The merit list is based on mark obtained in CEE 60% weightage and 40% weightage from 12th exam.

Yes, students with 70% in Class 12th can get admissions. The eligibility differs as per the choice of the course. For a bachelor's degree course, 45% is the minimum accepted Class 12th score. With 85% in 12th and 57.31 percentile in JEE Main, getting admission into IGDTUW for B.Tech is very unlikely, as cutoff ranks are much higher (generally within top 1 Lacs ranks). You can try for spot rounds or look into other colleges with lower cutoff requirements.

The syllabus of CBSE class 12th and CUET is same. Mostly class 12th syllabus question will asked in CUET. But for concept you must have knowledge of class 11th. For CUET follow NCERT syllabus of class 12th.

Yes dear you can switch to pcm in 12. As per the new education policy it is very much flexibile to sift in pcm in 12.sometimes it depends on your school whether your school will allow for it or not is also very important points in this.
