It is based on your situation, if you are graduate, then go on with Diploma, if you are in class 12th and looking forward then go on with the BBA for Event Management. https://www.naemd.com/bba-event-management-courses-institutes-jaipur.htm.

It depends upon the 12th stream like Arts, Commerce or Science. If you are from Science (PCM/PCB), than Engineering, Medical and Allied medical courses are the options. If you are from arts, commerce and even Science, than B. Des, B.FTech from NIFT and NID, BHM B.Sc. HHA for Hotel Management etc. are the other options. B. Des through UCEED is another best option for studying in IITs for 12th in any stream. So it depends upon your interest.

If you had maths as an optional subject then you can give improvement exam but you cannot change your stream. Contact your school teachers for more assistance. And also ask them about NIOS/IGNOU. Consider swayam.gov.in from where you can obtain certificates in maths from various institutes, but it will not have that 12th kind of value.
