Generally speaking, a high SAT or ACT score is needed for admission to any Ivy League school. If your score on the SAT is 1590 or higher, or your score on the ACT is 35 or higher, then you are in the top 25 percent of students who apply to those schools.

There is nothing to worry about. You can apply for rectification in your details in the mark sheet. Your school from which you have done your class 12th will guide you. Moreover, in university or your college, you can put an application signature by your school principle to give you an extension on your documents for a month. Then you can submit your new mark sheet. This process will not take more than a month.

I would suggest you to try for another college as many colleges accept 69 percentile. Many colleges have their own entrance test, as last year's cut off in NIA was around 75-80 and this year it would be from 70-75.
Here is the list of top MBA colleges apart from NIA:
1.ISBR Business school Bangalore
2.Acharya School of Business Bangalore
3.FIIB MBA Delhi
4.Alliance University MBA
5.Christ University MBA
6.Symbiosis MBA School
7.IFIM-Business School
8.ISBM Pune
9.ITM Navi Mumbai
10.ISME Bangalore

Yes, you can apply for DU admission 2019 in B. Com under a regular/general category. But getting admission in DU colleges with 75% under Regular/General category can be a little difficult as the least cut off that most colleges accept is only till 84%.

B.Ed distance education has been stopped by most of the universities for general public. It is now academic degree, not valid for teaching job. Other jobs one can apply. Those who had joined as teacher earlier with out B.Ed can complete by private study or Distance. The government had made regular B.Ed compulsory for all.
