First of all, congratulations for securing such a good percentage. You may get the scholarship on the basis of your marks. So don't worry about that, there are many good colleges for B.Com that gives the facility of fee concession. May I know your place of stay and where you are looking for admission? So that I can suggest you the name of colleges as per your preferred location.

It depends if you are looking for admission in private or government college. Every college has their eligibility criteria, usually 50% or 60% in 12th is preferred if you score less than this percentage than the college consider your marks and ranks of other exams. So, first, select the colleges and than look out for the criteria they prefer.

Opting B.Com after 12th PCM but the only problem you will face will be the basics; basic of accounting, basic of economics; basics of business studies etc. 12th is a stepping stone towards your career and the best combination for the graduation and 12th is with the same subjects that you opted for in 12th. However, you can go for B.Com as well but it will require a bit extra of your efforts. You will have to learn the things that a commerce background would already know. I am not demotivating you but making you aware of the facts.
