Yes, you can be able to get admission in this college at this score and rank, but you can't be able to get admission in the desired branch in which you want to take admission.

You can expect a seat in Thapar University. It will be bit difficult as 79.2 percentile might be on lower side considering a fight for CSE branch. With your percentile and 12th score, it's not possible to get admission in any of the good colleges. You can only get admission in Tier III colleges based on your location preference.
