For getting a good college, you have to score too well. You also, didn't do well in your JEE, so it becomes complicated for you to get good college. There is only one way, you can get good college i.e. apply through management quota, but in this process, you have to pay heavy fees.

For colleges, you must look for Mumbai institution like, Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, and St. Xaviers. Check the below link for top colleges for Bachelors in Commerce-

Yes, you can apply for joining Merchant Navy, but only 10+2 Science in PCM is not the only demand for joining Merchant Navy. For it, you should also fulfill some other eligibility criteria for joining Merchant navy. So I have put here the eligibility criteria for it. Educational qualification: The minimum eligibility for courses in Nautical Science and Marine engineering is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics. No, you cannot get NIT Jamshedpur but you may get a chance for NIT, Calicut with EC branch. You can go for some private state colleges or university that is also providing better education and placements. Best of luck.

Getting private college with such score is quite tough. Try getting admission in private colleges having good placement record. Also, try taking CS branch because its placement are much better than other branches.

Yes, you are eligible for outside quota. On Panjab university site you will find an undergraduate form for B.Com. Fill it up and you are eligible for every college which is under PU.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 lakh rank easily. I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure is similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. It's infrastructure is not fully completed.
If you plan to take admission in VIT then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus then you should try for other university or college.
