It is difficult to point out a college which will admit you. Admissions are done on basis of merit-lists and/or entrance exams. DU cut-offs generally are very high and vary from category to category, course to course. You are advised to go through this article and have an idea of previous trends, notice how many cut-off lists have been announced:

You can apply for the college then. If you pass your 12th exam before the admission process, then yes.

Give the supplementary test for Maths and clear the exam. And then you can take admission into Private Colleges all over India.
