Usually, a minimum of best of four 97.5%/97.8% is required. That's the minimum. Scoring a 98 or above would be on the safer side.
Maths is required as one of your subjects in +2, and you need to pass in it. However, it's usually not calculated in the best of four.

The college fee is approx. INR 30,000 PA and the hostel fee is approx. INR 90,000 for boys and approx. INR 1,00,000 for girls.
You need to get the pass marks in maths. It's not compulsory for you to add maths in the best 4 subjects.

You can apply for the state level government exams like for UP residents UPTU is that available form one can fill to get admission in government colleges, also you can apply for other semi-government and private colleges forms like GGSIPU, DU, etc.
