Hello Akshay,
Admissions in Maharashtra are based on marks obtained in MHT CET. Of course some seats are reserved for all India quota and are filled through JEE Mains. If you have done any of the above, you have chance.

You have to just revise your subjects daily. You can also buy some handbooks. The best way is to study daily. Just two months before exam buy a 10 years solved and study it.
