Please check with your school and education board, they will notify about the exams, forms and dates. Improvement exam can be taken even if you passed and to improve your scores.

I would suggest you to challenge the evaluation of your failed subject, If you are confident enough you should do as suggested .
Just go to any of the board office of the respective board and file your grievance .
I hope you pass the subject after challenge evaluation, and then you would be able to take admissions .

A minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Math is required in the boards for admission in IIIT. The admission is primarily based on the JEE Mains exam scores. So if you have appeared and qualified in JEE Mains with a good then you can get admission in IIIT.
