As you have already decided that you want to do an MBA, that's really good progress considering you have just passed your 12th.
I hope you already know what these courses that you have mentioned have to offer so I won't dwell on that part.
If you are interested in doing an MBA you should probably for a BBA at this point of time it will make you fundamentals for the future a lot stronger than BCA will. BCA will give you a broader perspective if you end up doing an MBA after that.

After completing BiPC, you can study B.sc. in subjects like zoology, botany, Geology, MBBS, B.pharmacy, D.pharmacy, Veterinary Science and physiotherapy to name few. You must pursue a course which interests you and you enjoy studying the most.
