I hope you already know what these courses that you have mentioned have to offer so I won't dwell on that part.
If you are interested in doing an MBA you should probably for a BBA at this point of time it will make you fundamentals for the future a lot stronger than BCA will. BCA will give you a broader perspective if you end up doing an MBA after that.
Both the disciplines have there own merits and you cannot pick one over the other, so its better you ask yourself what you actually want because no one has the r
