Canadian Colleges keep track on studious and extraordinary students regardless of board. Also, colleges always prefer 12th pass students as they are complete in case of course eligibility. The board from which the candidate studied is irrelevant in this case.

Good. All the best
Start studying for competitive exam from right now
Start reading newspapers every day, be updated with new things
Start your training classes (YouTube is best )
Be mentally prepared
Competition is very high, so it's very much difficult to complete those exams
But you have more chance to get passed in everything
Work hard, think smart, improve your qualitative skills
All the best '
Thanks.

The NIOS is a better option for those who cannot go to school regularly. In most parameters, the CBSE board outperforms the NIOS board. The NIOS is good in the following aspects:
1. You do not need to go to school regularly.
2. There is no pressure from an annual exam because exams are held four times a year.
3. It is the best option for those who want to improve their score in some subjects where they have not done well.
4. For those who were unsuccessful in their board exam, the NIOS is a good option.
5. Students who want to enroll in a college course that was not part of their 12th grade can sometimes seek assistance from NIOS.

No such policy is followed in MNCs regarding your 12th class results. Companies refer to your resume/CV only. It's completely your choice whether you mention your marks of best 5 subjects or the overall aggregate of all subjects in your resume. Also, your class 12th marks does not hold much of importance while looking for jobs in MNCs. What matters the most is your skillset and knowledge so work hard on that if you want to get a good job in any MNC.
