There's no need to take Maths in class 12th to be a Paleontologist. Also, It Doesn't matter that you passed standard. 10th Exam With Basic Maths. What matters is that you have to take Science in class 11th and 12th either PCM or PCB for further study in this field.

The higher standard of English which ICSE offers as the main Commerce subject in Class 11, builds better language skills. And that makes them more successful as compared to other board students.

Hello Navinisha Mohan, CBSE schools do have counsellors on staff in almost all schools. But if you are asking if CBSE is entering into offering courses in counseling, I am afraid that is not the case.
Best wishes to you.

It is hard to get admission with 88.4% in 12th CBSE examination, as the cut off at Shree Ram college of Commerce is quite high. Don't Panic, you have another very good option that is Chandigarh University.
In my Opinion, Chandigarh University is:
Best NIRF Ranked Engineering College in Region: #51 overall.
Amongst Elite & Prestigious NAAC A+ Universities.
Rated AAA+ by India's only Education Magazine Career360
Engineering 2.0 offered by Chandigarh University is different from contemporary engineering programs offered by other universities and institutions.
Curriculum aligned with leading International Universities and Research Agencies.

CBSE and ICSE are types of school education systems in India. They are based on the syllabus set by the Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations respectively. The main difference between CBSE and ICSE is that ICSE is a curriculum set by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations whereas CBSE is a curriculum set by the Central Board of Secondary Education. It is important to note that both ICSE and CBSE are considered to be very good in quality and curriculum. Visit the official website of VIS Chennai to get admission for your child.
