Most distance learning courses admit only those students who have a migration certificate. An example of such a need may be the MA English course. To get a 10th study certificate from the NIOS board, you have to follow some steps:
Visit the NIOS website: Certificate details are available on the official website of NIOS.
Apply for Duplicate Certificate If you need a duplicate copy of your 10th certificate, then you will have to make an application along with a payment of 300.
Prepare Documents. Prepare all the required documents like a Photocopy of your ID Card/Document received from NIOS or Any Affidavit if Needed.
Application be sent: Duly accompanied with the fee and required documents through bank draft in favor of the Secretary, NIOS payable at NOIDA.
Contact NIOS: In case of any query or help, you can contact their support via the contact information available on their website.

If your college is denying the issuance of your Transfer Certificate (TC) after completing 11th in Maharashtra (HSC board), first check the college's policies to ensure there are no pending dues or obligations. Speak with the Principal or relevant authorities in writing to request the TC. If informal communication doesn't work, submit a formal written application explaining your situation. If the college still refuses, you can escalate the matter to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) or the local education department. If the issue persists, consider seeking legal advice to understand your rights and take necessary action. Keep copies of all communications for future reference.
