The Ericsson Technical Certification Program (ETCP) categorises certifications into three levels:

• Associate - These are foundational/entry-level certifications. 

• Professional: They are intermediate to advanced certifications highlighting a deeper expertise in specific areas.

• Expert: These showcase the highest level of knowledge and specialised skills.

Ericsson Academy offers three types of learning formats. One is instructor-led, the other is eLearning (self-paced) and an eLecture option. These formats of training from Ericsson is featured in all the topics ranging from 5G to Cloud and BSS. 

Ericsson Academy is a subscription-based training platform. It has two subscription models - All Access and All Access Plus. Note that this training is available for only Ericsson customers.
