Yes,with your diploma mark of 64% and ST certificate, you qualify for lateral entry in the 2nd year of B.Tech at Wadala's VIT. Regulations of Maharashtra permit reserved-category students to get in with only 40% in diploma. Apply during the window period of lateral entry through the DTE portal, and you're sure to get a seat.
