For applying for certificate courses at ILBS Delhi, candidates must first register themselves online on the official website of the institute by filling the application form. They can also contact the admission office for offline admissions. After applying the candidates have to appear for the ILBS written exam which is a mandatory criteria for selection in the course across all the specilaisations offered. The certificate courses at ILBS Delhi are offered for a duration of six months to one year. For two courses, i.e., Critical Care Certification Course and Critical Care Certification Course the duration is six months, while for all the other courses such as PDCC and PGCC the duration is of one year at the institute. Candidates can choose from a variety of specialisations and must fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission.

If you've done BHMS, you can usually apply for the Modern Pharmacology course no matter which state you're from. It's not strictly limited to those registered in Maharashtra. But, if the course is run by a Maharashtra-based institute, they might prefer candidates registered in the state. It's not the same everywhere, so it's better to directly ask the institute offering the course to be sure.
