Oracle DBA certification is an exam for different level OCA, OCP and OCM. And passing each exam is really challenging and after each level, challenge gets doubled. Oracle Certification has two main role, one is Oracle DBA and another is Oracle Developer. In Oracle DBA, one need to know Oracle SQL or Oracle Administration. To become Oracle Developer, one need to be Masters in Oracle SQL or Oracle PL/ SQL. Oracle has three main level of certification OCA, OCP and OCM.
OCA stands for Oracle Certified Associate. For joining this level, OCA aspirant has to appear in an exam called Oracle SQL Fundamental and another exam i.e. Oracle Database Administration 1. After completing these two exam, aspirant get the OCA Certificate.
OCP stands for Oracle Certificate Profession. To get the certificate of OCP, aspirant must have a title of OCA. If a student has the title of OCA, then aspirant has to appear in the exam Oracle Database Administration2. After passing this exam, student has to take training in any topics decided by Oracle.
Finally, one is OCM and it stands for Oracle Certificate Master. This level is only for student who has OCP Title. This is a practical exam of 48 hour in which student has to resolve problem on real-time server and for every task, there is a fixed time to solve.

This is a very generic question that holds no difference in the animation field separately. The difference in the 3 courses is as below:
Time invested- Certificate are of maximum 1 year duration, Diploma requires minimum 1 year and maximum 2 year investment.
The degree programs would be at least 3 years and could be up to 5 years (in case of integrated programs)
Syllabus covered- Obviously as the time invested differs, so does the syllabus and detail of subject taught in the program. Certificates and Diplomas are more specified to a certain part of the total program offering limited exposure, however degree covers a larger arena and offers in depth knowledge and exposure.
Value in market- The degree programs are definitely the most valued, as they have maximum exposure in the field, but in some case Diplomas are sufficient to give a start to the career.
In case of animation, these differences hold true and the major difference can also be the number and version of various software taught in the different programs.
