During the GMCH Chandigarh Placement Drive 2022, the median package stood at INR 10.8 LPA for the PG students and the placement rate for the PG was 69%. And, 85 PG (3-year) students were placed during the GMCH Chandigarh placements 2022

Not just GMCH but to get a seat in any medical college, first, ne has to clear NEET. NEET is certainly a challenging and a competitive examination. The admission overall depends on your score in NEET and due to high demand of medical education, the availability of seats is also limited. But it certainly depends on one's determination, willingness, preparation and score they get.

Government Medical College And Hospital, Chandigarh is ranked among the top medical colleges in the country. In 2023 it has been ranked 32 out of 50 in india and 2 position in Chandigarh. The College is famous for its undergraduate medical programs (MBBS). It has high qualified faculty and best infrastructure .The college provides facilities for conducting research activities relating to different specialties, as and when required.
