The campus environment for Architecture students at Chandigarh University is really great. 

The environment is built for open studios that allow a free flow of ideas and building up teamwork. Students participate in site visits, workshops, and design projects to observe the semblance of concepts in the real world. All of these, from material exploration to model-making, aid in the comprehension of space. Faculty members often guide these activities through seminars, FDPs, and talks that bring in a lot of new perspectives. The educational set-up connects well with the professional bodies from the same field offering exposure. Curriculum is derived based on NEP 2020, which emphasizes practical learning pertinent to today's world. Global tie-ups and collaborations allow students to explore beyond boundaries. An atmosphere that stimulates creativity, research, and growth is built up all around. For someone who wants to practice design every day, the campus generates an extremely balanced and invigorating context.

The Architecture Department at the university has a less set perspective where willingly enquiring students could be supported in becoming architects. Just to cultivate their idea set, there are Acoustics, Electrical, Building Construction, and Carpentry Workshop facilities besides host of other real-world laboratories wherein students dig into the practical world of architecture. CEASER lab stitches itself towards an energy-efficient and sustainable design. Many elective courses- students taking industry certifications in GRIHA or ASHRAE and projects mentored by the faculty-assure hands-on and climbing higher in deeper technicals even as they tie in with industry. 

Honestly, I would say Chandigarh University's Animation and Multimedia department is good, especially for someone serious about building a career in animation. The courses cover all major areaslike modeling, visual effects, performance animation, and ending, so you learn everything step by step. What stands outs is the focus on real-life projects and simulations- you're not just learning from books. The faculty are experienced, supportive, and make sure students understand both creative and technical aspects. Many students get internships or placement opportunities in animation studios and digital media companies even before graduation. It's also a very collaborative environment- peers help each other, and there are lots of workshops and competitions that make  the learning fun and practical. For me, it feels like a very balanced mix of learning and creativity.

In Chandigarh University's Fashion program, the teaching style balances theory and practice, but leans heavily toward practical learning. Students not only study design concepts, fashion trends, and fabric properties, but also spend most of their time in labs and studios creating actual garments and accessories. Computer labs and software sessions help them work on digital designs and 3D models. Field visits, internships, and live industry projects are also part of the curriculum, making learning interactive and applied. This method ensures that students understand both the theory behind fashion and how to implement it in real situations. By the end of the course, students are skilled in practical tasks like stitching, draping, pattern making, and digital designing, giving them a solid foundation for professional work.
