Yes, MBA students at Chandigarh University can definitely get scholarships through the CUCET exam. When I applied for my MBA, I also appeared for CUCET, and it turned out to be a great decision. The better you score in CUCET, the higher the scholarship you can get. For example, if you score really well—like above 90—you can get up to 100% scholarship on your tuition fees. Even if your score is slightly lower, like in the 70s or 80s, you can still get 30% to 50% off. It really helps reduce the overall fee burden, especially for a two-year programme like MBA. 

The process is simple—register for the test, appear for it, and if you qualify with a good score, the scholarship automatically applies during admission. I personally found this very helpful, and it makes CU more affordable without compromising on quality.

Yes, Chandigarh University offers admission in some courses and programs without an entrance test. If you want to do a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), you need to give CUCET. The same goes for MBA and special MBA programs. Law programs like BA+LLB. BBA+LLB and B.Com+LLB also need CUCET. If you want to do pharmacy courses like Phram D, B Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy in different specializations, then a test is needed. MBA and special MCA programs also need it. Even for LLM, you must give the test. These are the main programs where the entrance test is mandatory.
For other courses, you don't need to give any test. You can take admission directly. This makes the university a great choice for many students but if you want scholarships, then you can give CUCET.

Chandigarh University is well appreciated with its sports facilities. The university has modern sports facilities to promote the sporting industry and the well being of the students. There is a well-maintained athletic track for running and field events like long jump, high jump, pole vault, etc. A huge and modern sports complex with facilities for badminton, table tennis, basketball, squash, volleyball, and tennis also exist at the university. Sports meets and competitions are regularly organized. 

The gym is well-equipped with all necessary fitness machine equipment for strength and cardio training, which is open to students and faculty. The university also promotes martial arts and yoga where students may learn karate, judo, taekwondo, and yoga.
