Yes, you're absolutely eligible to get admission in CS branch in Chandigarh University with 80% marks in CBSE board.
The eligibility criteria for getting into CSE branch at Chandigarh University is minimum 60% marks in aggregate in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following optionals: Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology and Computer Science.
Further, Chandigarh University conducts admission based on Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test(CUCET). To be eligible for appearing it, 60% marks with under recognised board is required.

Yes absolutely you are eligible to take admission. You don't need to give CUCET if you don't want to. Your admission will be based on your marks and there are various scholarships available as well based on your merits and other criteria are there as well.
