The GATE 2025 examination will be conducted in two sessions on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. The GATE 2025 Chemical Engineering exam will be conducted on February 16, 2025 (9:30 am to 12:30 pm). Candidates can also check the schedule of their papers on the GATE 2025 admit card or on the website. JEE Advanced cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1. For IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, the Round 1 cutoff for Chemical Engineering were 2207 and 2507, respectively for the General AI category candidates. For IIT Gandhinagar, the Round 1 cutoff for CSE was 1576. So, to answer your question, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay are always a good options as compared to IIT Gandhinagar based on thier NIRF ranking. For Chemical Engineering, both IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay are highly recommended as they have excellent faculty, research opportunities, and strong alumni networks. There is no internship facility on campus and placements are also with very low packages and the average package is Rs 4 to 5 lacs per annum.
Our college placement is around 50 to 60 percent. The average package goes up to INR 7 LPA, and the highest package goes up to 22 LPA, which is offered by Goldman Sachs. The roles offered include those of system engineers and data scientists.

If you enjoy finance but are concerned about working hours, consider roles with better work-life balance, like financial analysis or consulting. Core chemical engineering might offer more structured hours. Choose course based on your passion and intrest.

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Nuzvid B.E. / B.Tech is offered in full time. The cost for the B.Tech in Chemical Engineering course at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) Nuzvid is approximately INR 163,000 for the entire 4-year program. To be eligible for the B.Tech Chemical Engineering programme at RGUKT Nuzvid, students must have completed a 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core courses. They must also achieve a minimum percentage in their 10+2 examinations, often about 60%, with possible exceptions for restricted groups. There may be an age limit that applies at the time of admission. The selection procedure typically includes performance in an entrance exam or merit based on 10+2 examination results. Candidates must be Indian citizens or meet strict residency requirements.
