Theoretically; 1 mol benzene gives 1 mol toluene

Moles of benzene = 1 0 7 8 m o l

Moles of toluene (Theoretical) = 1 0 7 8 m o l

Mole of toluene (observed) = 9 . 2 9 2 = 0 . 1 m o l

% yield = 0 . 1 1 0 7 8 * 1 0 0

= 78%

3-Ethylhex-3-ene will not show stereo isomerism

Methylhex-1-ene will show steroisomerism (optical isomerism)

Since it has chiral carbon.

3, 4-Dimethylhex-3-ene will show stereoisomerism (Geometrical isomerism)

4-Methylhex-1-ene will show stereoisomerism (optical) since it has one chiral carbon
