Yes, Indraprastha, IP college for women Delhi accept CUET scores for admission in both UG and PG courses.
As per the guidelines mentioned on the site of IP college for women, for UG admissions :-
Admissions to all Undergraduate Programs at the University of Delhi will be based on the scores obtained in CUET (UG)-2023, except for admissions to the School of Open Learning (SOL), Non- Collegiate Women Education Board and foreign national.

Yes, CUET score is acceptable in Prestige University . You can very well get a seat in Prestige University if you have very good marks in CUET . Mainly MBA program's accept CUET cut off. And also the Prestige University accepts various entrance exams cut off such as CAT: Common Admission Test, MAT: Management Aptitude Test, CMAT: Common Management Admission Test, GMAT: Graduate Management Admission Test.
