Hi,
With 77% in Diploma, you are eligible to pursue architecture course if you have qualified in NATA 2019 exams (second round NATA exams is on 7th July) or JEE mains paper 2 exams.

These two are completely different streams of engineering. And there is no branch which is particularly good for girls. Everyone can study anything. Hence, I would suggest you to choose one branch that interests you the most. You can read the college reviews from the link below:
