DTU and NSIT are highly reputed for civil engineering. This score is not enough to get admission in DTU or NSIT. They usually prefer students with 75% and above in 12th and more than 100 marks in JEE in case of SC category.

25000 is a very high rank to get RV or BMS for any branch. Even you are not eligible for Sir M VIT and BIT in this rank.

Your rank should be below 4000 to get admission in MIT. Previous year's statistics shows this trend. This year you can expect MIT if you have a very good marks of above 185.
