Yes, you get admission in any private college but if you want to join a government college then you have to crack state level entrance exam.

It's better to crack the entrance exam and get a government college and if you can't then some affordable colleges are mentioned below:
Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune
Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT)
Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute
Sardar Patel College of Engineering
College of Engineering, Pune.

Yes, it is. In terms of both faculty members and placements. Past few years placements were good. At least, most of the students got placed in there dream companies. Microsoft did visit the campus offering 21 LPA for service engineer role. Unfortunately, no one could make it. The highest package would be from Accolite which has offered 10 LPA to Balaji from CSE. Next companies with offers ranging from 6 LPA to 8 LPA would be Oracle (15), Deloitte (32), JP Morgan and Chase (22), Pega (8), Callidus Cloud (5), FactSet (2), NCR (4), HSBC (1), Samsung R&D (5), etc., and rest of all companies with packages ranging from 3.5-5 LPA. In terms of placement and faculty members, Andhra University is good among all the options which you mentioned. Andhra has a decent placement with average placement package of around 4 LPA.

It depends on your choice as if you are interested in civil then you should choose civil engineering and if you are interested in CSE than you should choose CSE, but Ganga or any other private college is better for CSE.
