Hi Deepak,
PCS stands for Provincial Civil Services. PCS exam is held for the recruitment of candidates for the civil service posts of that particular state. These posts are under the control of the State government and one can not be transferred to another state once recruited in PCS.
Eligibility:
The candidates must possess Bachelors Degree of any recognised University or equivalent qualification up to the last date for receipt of application.

Hello Naveen,
As you complete your B.Tech, you can do M.Tech not M.Arch and next is SRM University. So, it is good private college but firstly you should try in IIT and NITs or BITS-Pilani to get admission in M.Tech
