As you complete your B.Tech, you can do M.Tech not M.Arch and next is SRM University. So, it is good private college but firstly you should try in IIT and NITs or BITS-Pilani to get admission in M.Tech

Yes you can, you are actually over eligible to apply for B.Tech.

I would not recommend any of these. You should opt for some other better college for civil engineering.

What is your interest field? If your interest lies in civil then you should choose civil branch.

Stick to basics, don't by heart everything and try to get as much practical knowledge you can. If your concepts are clear and sound that will help you in engineering as well as in government exams. In India percentage is important but don't panic practicing previous question papers will gain you percentage. You must gain knowledge and concepts that is very important.
