Hi Kunal, yes you can pursue your bachelor's degree from UK after completing your Diploma in civil engineering. Take the IELTS. The admission procedure is online, generally you have to apply through the UCAS website. Please also check the recognition of engineering programs from UK, if you wish to come back to India then be aware that most 3 year Bachelors degree in engineering programs of UK are not recognised in India.

Yes, you can change the branch, but the chances of securing the admission in a different branch through the online process is difficult. In the counselling round you'll get the college if any left.

According to me, any college under wbjee is not able to gve good placements in core branches 90% placements are for IT, CSE and ECE becoz only IT companies come for poviding placements and very few core companies.

Dear Rajnik, you should be applying this yesr. If you haven't taken the GRE do so by August or September, application rounds generally open after September and ends by Dec. keep checking university websites for the deadlines and apply early.
