If you are planning to work after your studies it might not work out since UK has very tough work rules for international graduates. Though the civil engineering sector is booming there is no place for international students. But since you asked top sectors are Civil and structural engineering, Construction and building services Engineering, Quantity surveying and building surveying, urban planning etc. Check the labour shortage list for precise information.

Yes, you can but admissions will be challenging in the highly ranked universities. You will have many options in Australia, UK, New Zealand, Poland, Italy etc. If you have a good SAT score you can try in USA as well. Your SOP and LORs will also be considered.

Civil engineering and Architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue Architecture after doing Civil as you must have already spent 4 years for B.tech and B.Arch is for 5 years (which sums up to 9 years in total!). I will instead recommend you to do your masters in Planning (M.Plan) or M.Arch in any of the streams of your choice so that you get a touch of Architecture also and have your master degree too.
