Branch selection is always the biggest dilemma a student encounters, so select that branch only which fascinates you, rather than going for scopes go for interest, if you have interest in something you can turn something big out of small things, however considering your branch choices it will be better for you to go for IT, as per the latest scenario.

There are some institutions offering the exact course like government polytechnic, Faizabad, CIMT College but try to avoid distance education as it doesn't hold much value.
