All these courses have a good scope. All that matters is your interest. Yes, CS has a very good placement history in every college. But if you are technically equipped in other branches as well, you can get a similar good package. So, go for a branch of your interest and learn as much as possible.

In both cases, it will depend on how technically equipped you are for the particular branch. There is great scope in the both disciplines of engineering and the package in reputed colleges goes equally high for both.
