Hello,
Branch selection is always the biggest dilemma a student encounters, so select that branch only which fascinates you, rather than going for scopes go for interest, if you have interest in something you can turn something big out of small things, however considering your branch choices it will be better for you to go for IT, as per the latest scenario.

You have to appear for GRE to get into MIT University. You should secure above 335 marks out of 340 and your resume should be very strong as you are looking for world's best university.

Madan Mohan Malaviya University is one of the best Colleges in Uttar Pradesh. As far as placement in civil engineering is concerned it's good but not better than CSE. But you will be definitely placed if you have command over your subjects.

You can do a 9-5 regular job. You can do M.Tech. Or you can also change your stream and do MBA in good college for better companies and better pay package. You can also start your own business after MBA. Decide which option is better for you.
