Unfortunately, you cannot get regular Diploma in engineering certificate based on Diploma from institution of civil engineer, unless you join and undergo formal education in a polytechnic. You can seek lateral entry admission in 2nd year of B.Tech in universities such as Manipal, etc. based on your Diploma earned by distance learning.

For admission into IITs and NITs, you have to appear JEE Mains as well as Advanced. There is no other gateway for admission.

Not, you should go for marketing and international business management as a dual specialization because you are already an engineer. Now, there no need to go for those subjects which you have studies in engineering. Otherwise, your placement option will be narrowed down.

If you have done Bachelor degree, you can go for Masters as it will really add to your prospects of good jobs. If Masters is done, then you can go for a job. However, to get into teaching Jobs, a degree and experience in research will be the best.
