JEE Mains scores aren't seen with % scale; although you can convert your score into %. Rankings and caste are very important. Answer for your question; if you score 95% in JEE Mains that will give you a rank under 100. That is super excellent.

Getting into course is generally through an entrance exam which is conducted either by a recognized board like CBSE or State level exams which are conducted by State sponsored universities.

Hi,
Decide where you want to study. Abroad is a generic term. Different countries have different requirements and different deadlines and intakes. Depending on where you want to study you have to prepare for entrance exams like SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. The application process must ideally start a year ahead of the intakes.
