You have actually just managed to pass 12th. But, with very less marks. Are you satisfied? Can you appear for improvement? If yes, please do. Study well and get a decent score for admission in good college.

In my opinion, you should go for a course in BJMC (Bachelors in journalism and mass communication) as you learn wide variety of subjects in this course. You learn a bit about image and video making, editing as well from which you can begin to brush up your skills of getting better at animation as well. With a degree in BJMC, you will have job opportunities open in lot many fields. Hence, I'd suggest you to go for cinema industry than VFX.
