You can prepare for government exams side by side, while pursuing your graduation. It's better to go for government exams, when you graduate. As the options get wider in range and better career opportunities are provided. But, there is no harm in going for them right after class 12th, they'll only add to your experience and prepare you better for future. Best of luck.

Hello dear,
If you are good in studies and like commerce then go for B. Com, and if you are not or if you like hotel management then hotel management. Moreover, B. com. is a universal degree means you can do whatever you want to do after B. Com, because after giving B.Com you will get used to studies a bit. And, on the other hand HM is type of a degree based on your creativity and skills and less based on studies, then afterwards you will not have options in case you want to change your career. All in all you should ask yourself about your interest and choices and then make a decision "no one is going to tell you about you except you".

Start preparation for CA or CS, these are the courses with more practical exposure than the theoretical.
