No, a commerce student is not eligible for B.Tech degree.
B.Tech. - Bachelor of Technology is a 4-year engineering degree and can be pursed after 12th from science stream.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian citizen having either appearing for the final 12th exams or clear it with physics, chemistry and mathematics with 50% and above marks from a recognised board above the age of 17 years is eligible to apply for B.Tech degree through cracking respective entrance exams.

After doing 12th from any stream, you can take admission in BBA. The only criteria is to pass class 12th.

If you are a commerce student with maths then
actuaries is a course which arts students cannot do. But actuaries is not a UG degree course.
As far as I know, nowadays, people of any stream can do anything of another stream if they have the dedication.

Chances are very good with the scores you have given. Please submit your application on time. Every university has different deadlines and also requirements. You must focus on your overall application package , your SOP and LORs will also matter.

This question completely depends on your potential and the area of interests you have. I would like to answer your question depending on the level of ease. The easiest and successful thing you can do is: Go for B.com in a good college. Try to focus on banking exams by opting for coaching dedicate most of time in this. I bet 3 years dedication towards banking preparation at least giving 4 hours a day will reap the best result and as soon as you graduate you will get a job in a bank. The 2nd easy option is to go for B.Com and then B.Ed and you are eligible to teach in a school till 8th grade. You can also opt for LLB and CS together a go
