Diploma is 2 year or 1 year course. Graduation is 3 year course. So, if your course of Diploma which you wanted to do is 2 year course, you have to complete 1st year. Any institute or university don't gave admission in directly 2nd year.

It is completely other side of the river. Commerce student can't pursue Bachelors in Science in any subject as in physics chemistry biology. It became very difficult for you and you cannot cope up with Science. So it is better that you opt for your own line commerce and don't waste that 2year study of accounts business studies economics. Take decision deliberately. Best of luck.

I think, you are creative person. Go for English hons. Given you an opportunity to explore a new literary world writing about stories, article, and debates and of course, we all know that pen is mightier than sword. Or, you may go for Bachelor's degree in fine arts, it gave you extensive knowledge of paintings, drawing, sketching. Best of luck.

You can't pursue B.Sc, if you are a commerce student as it takes students from Science stream only. But, if you really want to do B.Sc in CS or any other subject, you have to do class 12th again with Science streams from private state boards or NIOS.

I think you have IP in place of maths. So, you may go for guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. They conduct BCA entrance exam. And as rank wise you get the college in university.

IP is not a bad subject. You get Knowledge about Java programming, database management, interface, coding. After 12th, you can go for BCA /MCA or BCA/MBA combination so you get the job. As we all know that how the technical field scope is rising day by day in this era. So, you just do your IP calmly. Don't worry. And best of luck.
